The Duke University Police Department helps maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the Hospital. Police and security officers at Duke University Hospital provide around-the-clock security and respond to calls for assistance from staff, faculty, students, patients and visitors. In addition to responding to emergency requests, services include:

  • escorts to parking lots and other Duke properties
  • minor vehicle assistance
  • lost and found items
